About the role
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Signage Estimator / Project Manager to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the signage industry who can confidently manage projects from estimating and quoting through to production and installation. You will work across a range of commercial signage projects, liaising with clients, suppliers, installers and our internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
Prepare accurate signage estimates and quotations
Review drawings, specifications and signage schedules
Calculate materials, labour, fabrication and installation costs
Manage projects from quote through to completion
Coordinate production, deliveries and installations
Liaise with clients, suppliers, installers and contractors
Review shop drawings and ensure signage is produced to specification
Manage project timelines, costs and variations
Attend site inspections or meetings when required
Identify and resolve project issues
About you
Experience in the signage industry is essential
Previous experience in signage estimating and project management
Adobe experience is essential
Able to read architectural drawings, signage schedules and specifications
Strong understanding of signage fabrication and installation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects at once
Self-motivated and able to work independently
