Executive General Manager – Capital Design & Delivery (Brisbane-based)
About the Organisation
Seqwater is one of Australia’s largest water businesses, responsible for providing a safe, reliable and sustainable bulk water supply to communities across South East Queensland. With one of the most geographically diverse asset bases of any capital city water authority, Seqwater manages an extensive network of dams, treatment plants, pipelines, catchments and climate-resilient water sources that are critical to the region’s future.
As South East Queensland continues to grow, Seqwater has an important role to play in ensuring the region has the infrastructure and water security it needs for generations to come. This creates an exciting period of investment and delivery, with major infrastructure programs helping to strengthen resilience, improve asset performance and support the long-term prosperity of the region.
Seqwater is a purpose-led organisation where people are connected by the importance of the service they provide and the communities they serve. Its culture is underpinned by the values of Integrity, Respect, Care and Courage, with an emphasis on working collaboratively, valuing different perspectives, looking after people and communities, speaking up and continually finding better ways to deliver. Safety and wellbeing are central to the way Seqwater operates, alongside a culture that encourages accountability, inclusion, innovation and people bringing their best to work.
