Executive Chef

Shangri-La Sydney is seeking an outstanding Executive Chef to join our Executive Committee and lead one of the largest and most diverse culinary operations in Australian luxury hospitality.

From our award-winning Altitude Restaurant overlooking Sydney Harbour, to iconic Blu Bar on 36, Horizon Club, Café Mix, Horizon Club Lounge, In-Room Dining and a busy conference and events business, this is a role with genuine scale and influence.

Leading a large culinary brigade of over 60, you will drive exceptional dining experiences, innovation, commercial performance and operational excellence.

Supported by experienced purchasing, engineering and stewarding teams, you will also lead food safety, hygiene, sustainability, provenance, kitchen asset management and culinary talent development.
