Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our High Street, Armadale Team. You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You live and breathe fashion and are the first to know about the next big trend. You can think on your feet, love a chat, and problem-solve like a pro.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Lead by example in delivering genuine and exceptional customer service.

• Style customers and introduce them to new products.

• Be driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand. Sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we’re a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.

• Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click-and-collect, holds, and addressing inquiries. 

• Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store. 

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in retail fashion

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members. 

• Availability to work a Sunday - Thursday roster cycle.
