At Flat Packs WA, we don't just do flat packs.

We manufacture a wide variety of custom cabinetry and joinery, from bathroom vanities and residential kitchens through to high-end bespoke cabinetry and full home fit-outs. Due to continued growth, we are seeking two Factory Labourers and one Production Trade Assistant to join our team.

Both positions are offered on a casual basis with full-time hours available, and the opportunity to transition to permanent employment for the right candidates.

Factory Labourer (2 Positions)

As a Factory Labourer, you will play an important role in supporting our production team and ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the factory.

Duties Include

·         Forklift operation and material handling

·         Loading and unloading deliveries

·         Moving materials throughout the workshop

·         Assisting production staff as required

·         Picking and packing

·         General factory housekeeping

·         Manual handling and labouring duties

·         Maintaining a safe and organised workplace

Essential Requirements

·         Current LF Forklift Licence

·         Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

·         Physically fit and capable of manual handling

·         Ability to work independently and within a team

·         Commitment to workplace safety

Production Trade Assistant (1 Position)

The Production Trade Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on workshop work and takes pride in producing quality cabinetry and joinery.

Duties Include

·         Assisting with cabinet production and assembly

·         Cutting rods and components

·         Hand edging and finishing work

·         Material preparation and handling

·         Operating hand and power tools

·         Assisting Cabinet Makers as required

·         Maintaining quality standards

·         Keeping work areas clean and organised

Essential Requirements

·         Previous experience in a manufacturing, workshop or factory environment

·         Experience using hand and power tools

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

·         Ability to work safely and follow instructions

Highly Regarded

·         Forklift Licence

·         Cabinet making or joinery experience

·         Manufacturing or production experience
