In-Store Team Member

Amalfi Pizza & Pasta is a fast-paced restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality pizzas, pasta with friendly customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our in-store team and help create a great experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone
• Operate the POS system and process payments
• Assist with preparing basic food items and packing takeaway orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, kitchen, and service areas
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and beverages as required
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is preferred but not required
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
