The Role: 

• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse portfolio of SME, family business and regional clients 

• Assist with tax planning strategies and broader business advisory initiatives 

• Support senior staff with research, compliance and advisory projects 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through practical business support 

• Work with cloud-based accounting platforms and modern business technologies 

• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture 

• Develop technical capability across tax, compliance and advisory services 

About You: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline 

• CA or CPA qualified, or actively progressing toward completion 

• Minimum 3 years’ Australian public practice accounting experience 

• Strong technical accounting and tax capability 

• Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar cloud-based accounting platforms 

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills 

• Proactive, team-oriented and career-focused mindset
