About the Role

Step into a fast-paced hospital setting where you keep admin flow smooth across ED and wards. You manage workload, build strong team links, create efficient processes and maintain accurate records while supporting quality patient care.

Duties
• Coordinate daily admin workload across teams
• Manage patient records and data accuracy
• Liaise with nursing, clinical staff and stakeholders
• Support ED, wards and unit admin tasks
• Monitor task progress and meet timeframes
• Assist patients, families and visitors
• Maintain clear communication across teams
