ServiceNow Developer

We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join an established team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a critical ServiceNow environment.

Reporting to the ServiceNow Team Lead, you'll work closely with both local and offshore teams to deliver platform enhancements while supporting production incidents, service requests and problem management activities. This is a collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the stability, performance and continuous improvement of a mature ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow enhancements and change requestsInvestigate and resolve production incidentsSupport service requests and problem ticketsPerform platform development, configuration and customisation activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, developers and support teams across Australia and IndiaContribute to ongoing platform improvements and best practices

Key Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperStrong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and platform capabilitiesExperience supporting production environments and troubleshooting issuesHands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows and integrationsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work effectively within distributed and collaborative teams
