About the role:

• Assessing claims and preparing advice on prospects, liability and damages.
• Meeting with clients and running conferences.
• Representing clients in the PIC, District Court and Supreme Court.
• Preparing correspondence and briefing medical, liability and factual experts.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years PQE – Solicitor or Associate.
• Strong drafting and written advocacy skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely within a high-performing team.
• Strategic, critical-thinking capability and strong judgement.
