About the role
Healina Health is a locally owned Allied Health and Community Care provider on the Sunshine Coast. We’re a growing, clinician-led team delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes and communities. Our primary focus is supporting older clients stay at home, we work with our own private clients as well as partnering with Support At Home providers to provide the clinical care and oversight for their clients.
We are looking for a passionate, client-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

Healina Health is a locally owned and operated Allied Health and Community Care provider based on the Sunshine Coast.
Our focus is simple: providing high-quality, personalised care that helps people remain independent, safe and well in the place they call home.
Our growing team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Registered Nurses, working collaboratively to provide holistic, goal-focused care.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for clinicians who want more than simply completing appointments. We want people who care about the outcomes they achieve with their clients and who value working as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
About the RoleAs a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to our clients across the Sunshine Coast, supporting people to maintain their independence, mobility and quality of life.
This is a 30-hour-per-week, 4-day position, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, compassionate and clinically confident, with the ability to work autonomously while knowing when to collaborate and seek support.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality Physiotherapy services including comprehensive assessment, clinical reasoning, diagnosis, intervention and review.
Develop individualised, goal-focused treatment and care plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.
Manage and prioritise your own caseload effectively while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards.
Provide advice and education to clients, families, carers and support workers regarding mobility, exercise, manual handling, falls prevention and safe equipment use.
Assess, prescribe and facilitate the provision of appropriate mobility aids and equipment.
Support clients to achieve their functional goals and maintain independence within their home and community.
Work collaboratively with our Nursing, Occupational Therapy and broader Allied Health team to provide holistic, person-centred care.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, carers, support workers, GPs and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continued development of our Allied Health services.
We are looking for an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about community-based practice and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You will be someone who is confident working autonomously, but equally values being part of a close-knit team.

A genuine interest in community-based Physiotherapy
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist.
Minimum 2 years' Physiotherapy experience preferred, ideally including Community Care, Home Care or another autonomous clinical environment.
Experience working with older adults and/or people living with disability is highly regarded.
National Police Certificate or ability to obtain one.
Current Australian driver's licence.
