About the Roles

We’re growing our Front of House leadership teams across all of our venues and are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join us in Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager and Supervisor roles.

Whether you’re an experienced leader ready for your next step or an established supervisor looking to grow, we have opportunities across our group.

Our Front of House Management team plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while leading high-performing teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our venues.

Depending on the role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing FOH teams;

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards;

• Managing daily venue operations and service periods;

• Supporting rostering, labour management and team performance.

About you 

We’re looking for people who have hospitality leadership experience and are:

• Passionate about hospitality and genuine guest experiences

• Confident leaders who lead by example

• Highly organised and calm under pressure

• Commercially minded with an eye for detail

• Great communicators who build strong team relationships

• Motivated to develop their career within a growing hospitality group

• Available to work across a variety of service periods, including weekends and evenings
