Sales Administrator | CBD Location | Support a High-Performing Sales Team $70,000–$85,000 + super, depending on experience

Are you an organised Sales Administrator who thrives on keeping campaigns, contracts and people moving?  This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and energetic real estate sales team in Melbourne’s CBD.

Working closely with experienced agents and a supportive wider team, you will take ownership of the sales administration process from listing through to settlement. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who enjoys detail, pace and being the person everyone can rely on.

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, this office offers a positive, collaborative culture where hard work is recognised, ideas are welcomed and the team genuinely enjoys working together.

The role:
As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to the sales team across all administration, campaign and transaction requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing sales listings, proposals, authorities, contracts and campaign documentation
• Coordinating the administration process from listing through to settlement
• Liaising with agents, vendors, purchasers, solicitors and conveyancers
• Preparing sales reports, vendor feedback, property statistics and presentation material
• Managing sales EDMs, lead distribution and database updates
• Maintaining accurate sales files, compliance documentation and CRM records
• Assisting with property marketing coordination, including brochures, online advertising and social media content
• Supporting agents with day-to-day sales administration and client communication
• Ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered accurately and professionally

About you:
You will be a polished and proactive administrator with a genuine ability to stay calm, organised and accurate in a busy environment.
To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous sales administration experience within real estate, property or a similar fast-paced industry
• Strong knowledge of sales contracts, compliance requirements and transaction processes, or the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent written communication and client service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organisation
• Confidence working with CRM systems, databases and Microsoft Office
• Experience coordinating property marketing campaigns is highly regarded
• Canva experience or an eye for marketing and presentation would be advantageous
• A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities
