About the opportunity
Cardinia Shire Council is seeking an experienced and strategic Capital Planning Coordinator to lead the planning, governance and reporting of our multi-year capital works program.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance, infrastructure planning or asset management professional who enjoys working across the organisation to develop long-term capital investment strategies that deliver lasting benefits for the community.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and leading a small team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating Council's long-term capital plan, annual capital budgets, funding allocations and governance processes. You will provide strategic advice to senior leaders and Councillors, ensuring capital investments are prioritised, financially sustainable and aligned with community and organisational objectives.
