Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant

Vranken-Pommery Australia is part of the global Champagne Group Maison Pommery & Associés, renowned for its prestigious houses including Champagne Pommery, Vranken and Pompadour alongside several other Estates producing acclaimed still and sparkling wines in the South of France, Portugal and the UK.
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. Based in our Melbourne office 2-3 days per week, including Fridays, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a premium business environment and enjoys supporting a small, high-performing team while taking pride in delivering exceptional service and administrative support. Flexibility is offered on the remaining working days.

Experience within the wine industry will be highly regarded but is not essential. Key responsibilities include: Processing customer orders, preparing invoices, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Opening new customer accounts, conducting credit checks, and maintaining required documentation.Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, delivering professional, responsive, and brand-aligned communication. Preparing product samples and coordinating courier dispatch for timely delivery. Providing marketing support, including creating visually appealing materials and assisting with customer initiatives, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
