We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who loves building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that recruitment is about so much more than filling vacancies. A Bit About You...

Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar advisory role (typically 3+ years) across a diverse range of roles Previous experience recruiting within a retail or multi-site environment will be highly regarded Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes Building talent pipelines to support future hiring needs Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences Supporting employment brand and talent attraction initiatives
