Account Executive (SaaS Customer Experience)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting → discovery → demo → value prop building → negotiating → closing
• Generate a quality, diversified sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts and creative prospecting
• Lead structured discovery conversations that uncover customer pain, quantify impact, and align to business outcomes
• Learn and apply the MEDDIC framework to qualify and advance sales opportunities
• Build tailored value propositions and business cases tied to measurable ROI and customer outcomes
• Deliver product demonstrations that connect capabilities to real customer challenges
• Engage and negotiate with multiple stakeholders across buying committees, protecting pricing integrity
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and strong deal hygiene in CRM
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive deal success

What You’ll Bring

• You have 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in Customer Experience or an adjacent category
• You have a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a new-business or hunter-style role, managing 1–3 and 3–6 month sales cycles
• You’re proactive about building pipeline — you don’t wait for opportunities to come to you — with solid outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, email, social selling)
• You run structured, outcome-focused discovery conversations that customers find genuinely insightful and valuable
• You can clearly communicate the economic impact and ROI of a solution
• You’ve applied the MEDDIC (or MEDDPICC) framework, or you’re eager to build deep expertise in it — including Decision Process, Decision Criteria, and Champion identification
• You have experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market organizations, with a track record of closing multi-stakeholder SaaS deals and maintaining solid win rates through disciplined qualification
• You bring strong communication and storytelling skills, and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders alike
