Achieve Australia is a for purpose community organisation that provides services to people with disability and an NDIS- registered provider.
About the role:
As a Registered Nurse at Achieve Australia, your primary goal is to provide person-centered quality clinical services to people with a disability. You will monitor and review health care plans and focus on clinical and health management. This is a Permanent part time contract (40 hours per fortnight) position.
Role Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver quality clinical services to Achieve Australia clients including delivering complex health care procedures, developing, monitoring and reviewing health care plans, and clinical practice leadership with practical on the job supervision and education of nursing staff across a number of assigned sites.
