Beaumont Tiles is Australia's leading retailer of tiles and bathroomware, and we're growing our team in Wetherill Park, NSW.

We're currently seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join us in one of two full-time roles:

Retail Trade Specialist
Perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and supporting trade customers including builders, tilers, renovators, and developers. This role focuses on growing trade sales, managing customer accounts, preparing quotes, and becoming the go-to contact for our trade community.

Retail Sales Consultant
Ideal for someone passionate about customer service, showroom sales, and helping customers bring their renovation and home improvement projects to life. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

We're Looking For People Who:

• Love building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
• Have previous experience in retail, sales, trade sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
• Are confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working towards sales targets and achieving results
• Are proactive, organised, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems and products
