Are you a passionate people leader who thrives in community-focused environments and wants to make a meaningful impact across the Metro region? An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and values-driven leader to join the Membership, Volunteer and Early Intervention Directorate as the Vinnies Vans Team Leader, Metro. This role is central to supporting and strengthening Vinnies Vans operations across the metropolitan region, helping ensure our services continue to provide dignity, connection and practical support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Working collaboratively with Van Coordinators, volunteers, staff and community stakeholders, you will help lead a highly visible and impactful service that engages thousands of volunteers and supports communities every day.
Experience within the not-for-profit or volunteer sector will be highly regarded.
