Cafe Manager

Curly's on the Corner is busy and long-established cafe in Curl Curl, we are seeking a passionate Café Manager to lead our FOH team. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for performance bonuses. Close to the beach, loved by locals and with strong focus on Australian breakfast cuisine, Curly's offers a great lifestyle on the Northern Beaches coupled with a fun and easy-going team environment.

The candidate must have a passion for hospitality, and a desire to learn and progress. In addition, they will be a person of integrity with a strong work ethic, high standards and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment. Being a team player is essential. Baristas/FOH staff looking to take on more responsibility are welcome to apply.

Duties include:

• deliver quality customer service quickly and efficiently
• lead and direct the FOH team
• stock ordering
• manage rostering and staff labour costs
• Direct FOH cleaning
• barista experience helpful but not necessary as training can be provided.

6am starts and Sunday availability essential. Minimum 2 years full time hospitality experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
