Great position working in the Community. No weekend, after hours and on-call work. About The Role

Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality social work care to patients/clients of Calvary Health Care Kogarah consistent with Calvary and relevant NSW Ministry of Health and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) policies, procedures and standards

About You

Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Professional and Associated Staff Agreement 2022, eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers; demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development, Working with Children Check (WWCC), National Criminal Record Check (NCRC) and Aged Care Banning Order ScreeningDemonstrated core competency skills in social work.Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence-based practice, commensurate with years of experience.Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement processes and teaching, commensurate with years of experience.Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.Current Class C drivers licence required.Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
