Industrial Cleaner Meat Works (Night Shift/ Weekend Work)

Position: Cleaning Hygiene Operator

We're currently looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our growing team.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing hygiene and sanitation cleaning within a meat processing facility
• Working as part of a team to maintain strict food safety standards
• Following site procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Role Details:

• Immediate start available
• Expected start date - ASAP
• Location: Kilcoy, QLD
• Night shift position
• 1 x Monday to Friday Position (Days may be subject to change)
• 1 xSaturday to Tuesday Position (Days may be subjecto to change)
• Approx. hours: 11:59pm – 5:12am
• 2 positions available
• Required to have Q Fever vaccination (Preferred but not required) - if successful, this will be organized for you by the business.
• Cleaning animal fat, blood and other animal proteins.

What we offer:

• Competitive pay in line with the Cleaning Services Award (MA000022)
• Casual night shift rate: $41.97 per hour
• Saturday pay rate $47
• Penalty rates applicable for weekends and night shifts

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials (up to approx. 15–20kg)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Ability to work in wet, cold and high-pressure washdown conditions
