THE ROLE...

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our Fortitude Valley showroom.

Working closely with homeowners, renovators, interior designers, builders and trade customers, you'll help bring projects to life by providing expert advice and outstanding customer service. Every day is different as you guide customers through our extensive range of tiles, bathroomware, hard flooring and associated products.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences
• Building genuine relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Providing product recommendations and design solutions
• Preparing quotes, processing sales orders and following up enquiries
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Supporting store sales targets and business growth initiatives
• Developing strong product knowledge across our full product range

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to confidently recommend products and solutions
• A positive, energetic and professional approach
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail

Experience within interiors, home improvement, flooring, bathroomware, furniture or building products will be highly regarded.
