The Housing Access Support Worker will manage a caseload of homelessness and at risk of homelessness clients to meet the individuals’ identified needs and goals.
MASP is a not-for-profit organisation located in Mildura, Victoria and is seeking a full-time ongoing position.
The Housing Access Support Worker will manage a caseload of homelessness and at risk of homelessness clients to meet the individuals’ identified needs and goals.
They will also develop local networks and partnerships within the sector to ensure appropriate supports and referrals are put in place to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and families with our community
Expected commencing salary of $73,731.61 (Unqualified) or $82,415.00 (Qualified) per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non-profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.

This role can involve emotionally demanding situations and exposure to psychological hazards, including client distress, trauma disclosures, and urgent responses. MASP prioritises staff wellbeing by providing supervision, debriefing, reflective practice, safety measures, and access to wellbeing resources. We encourage open communication—raise any concerns with your supervisor, management, or the OHS Committee as soon as possible.
