Automotive Technician | Automall Mount Gravatt

Automall Mount Gravatt is seeking a qualified and motivated Automotive Technician to join our dynamic workshop team in Mount Gravatt.

As a valued member of our service team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and reliable vehicle maintenance and repairs across our range of new and used vehicles.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards

• Identifying mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately

• Completing vehicle servicing, maintenance, and warranty work

• Conducting vehicle inspections and reporting additional repair requirements

• Maintaining accurate repair and job records

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and within agreed timeframes

• Collaborating with fellow technicians and service advisors to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Automotive Technician

• Current driver's licence (manual preferred)

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Experience working within a dealership environment (preferred but not essential)

• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• A positive attitude and professional presentation
