PROPERTY AND FACILITIES YARD HAND

We require an experienced and motivated person with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our ground crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• General housekeeping - Keeping the yard clean, tidy and hazard free.

• Maintaining the landscaping, including hedging, trimming, gardening and weeding.

• Assisting with stock and boat movements.

• Transporting of goods and equipment as required.

• Emptying bins and dealing with general waste and recycling, including acetone recycling.

• General yard and minor maintenance projects.

The successful applicants require the following:

• Reliability 

• Own transport

• Current forklift license

• Be able to work autonomously

• Preferably experience in the boatbuilding or shipyard environment

• Mechanical or maintenance skillset would be advantageous
