This is your opportunity to lead a passionate team, influence the direction of the clinic, and continue developing your own clinical and leadership skills, all while being supported by one of Australia's largest veterinary networks.What you'll be doing:As our Lead Veterinarian, you'll play an integral role in both the clinical and operational success of the hospital by:• Leading by example and delivering exceptional medical and surgical care
• Mentoring and developing our veterinarians, helping them grow in confidence and clinical capability
• Driving a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone can thrive
• Partnering with the Practice Manager on clinic strategy, team development and growth initiatives
• Supporting performance reviews, coaching and ongoing professional development

About you:
We're looking for someone who brings both clinical excellence and a passion for leading people.
You'll ideally have:• 5+ years' experience in small animal general practice
• Strong leadership or mentoring experience (or a genuine desire to step into leadership)
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient and client care
