Etax Accountants is looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our friendly and collaborative HR team on a full-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to build their experience in a broad HR role. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals who will provide ongoing guidance, mentoring and support as you develop your skills and confidence across a range of HR functions.

About The Role

As an HR Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations, recruitment and HR initiatives across the business.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across areas including recruitment, HR administration, employee support, HR systems, projects and internal initiatives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

Be a positive first point of contact for HR enquiriesAssist with end-to-end Recruitment processes for seasonal rolesConduct reference and background checksMaintain accurate personnel records using our in-house HRISSchedule interviews and meetingsAssist with coordinating internal events and initiativesContribute to HR projects as requiredProvide operational support across a range of HR functions and processesPerform general administrative tasks to support the HR team

Ideally, You Will Have

A degree in Human Resources or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in a professional or administrative environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently while remaining collaborative and open to guidanceThe confidence to ask questions, take on feedback and learn from experienced HR professionalsStrong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasksA desire to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholdersA genuine interest in learning and growing your HR career
