Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will oversee the full day-to-day operations of the Oran Park Leisure Centre. Working collaboratively with Site Support and our Executive Leadership Team, you will champion operational safety, service delivery, and team culture while identifying growth opportunities across the venue.

Key Focus Areas:

• Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and manage a diverse workforce across aquatics, fitness, customer service, and operations.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure site compliance, risk management, pool operations, and safety protocols align with industry-leading standards.

• Service Quality: Drive an exceptional member experience and foster strong local community connections.

• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
