Production Process Operators

We are looking for production process operators to be responsible for safe and efficient operation of our plant and equipment as part of our team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Operating the plant safely and efficiently

• Meeting production & quality targets

• Performing routine quality control tests

• Plant housekeeping & maintenance

• Ability to produce timely consistent and accurate analytical results

• Maintaining a safe work environment

• Managing bulk raw material deliveries and logistics contractors

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Able to progress through operator training manual within nominated timeframe

• Manage and prioritise own work with a high attention to detail

• Self starter with the ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision

• Good communication skills

• Ability to solve problems by applying standard procedures and practices.

• Experienced in SCADA or HMI operations

• Able to work a rotating shift pattern

• Recent Graduates will also be considered
