Mind You Performance (MYP GYM) is not a typical gym.

We are a premium small-group personal training facility focused on helping busy professionals and parents get into the best physical and mental shape of their lives - while building a successful, fulfilling lifestyle.

Our model is built around coaching excellence, genuine relationships, high standards, and industry-leading member experience.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for coaches (emerging and experienced) who want to develop their craft inside a high-performance environment and contribute to something meaningful.

Essentials

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and professionalism

Additional coaching, nutrition, or performance qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
