The position

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at VMCH, you’ll provide high standards of care to our residents, supporting activities of daily life while supporting individual choices and preferences.

What’s Required

Certificate III or IV in Aged caret Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse and relate to people with understanding, patience and sensitivity Strong commitment to service and care Team focused and supportive of colleagues
