Content Coordinator

What we are looking for 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to support content production, publishing and coordination across UNICEF Australia's owned channels, including the website, emails, blogs, and other digital and print channels. This opportunity will suit someone with strong writing and coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in developing storytelling, photography, video and creative content skills over time.

Reporting to the Brand & Content Manager, this role supports UNICEF Australia's brand and fundraising priorities by providing content production and operational support across key campaigns and appeals. The role also supports broader content needs across the organisation, including Individual Giving, Advocacy and Programs

Your day will include

• Producing and adapting content for fundraising campaigns, supporter communications and organisational priorities across a range of digital and print channels.
• Supporting content production across direct mail, eDMs, appeal pages, campaign websites and email journeys.  
• Researching, drafting and editing content for website articles, blogs, publications and other storytelling opportunities. 
• Providing support with website content updates, webpage builds, publishing activities and content housekeeping.  
• Coordinating digital assets, content libraries and image banks to ensure content is organised and accessible. 
• Assisting with content reporting, performance tracking and general administrative support for the Content team.

• Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, journalism, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting content production, publishing or coordination across digital, print or owned channels. 
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.  
• Confidence using website content management systems and supporting content publishing workflows.  
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• A collaborative approach, with an interest in children's rights and contributing to UNICEF Australia's purpose and impact
