The Role
As a Project Support Officer, you'll support the planning, coordination, governance, and reporting activities across complex Defence programs, ensuring projects remain on track and stakeholders are informed.
Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.

• Coordinate project activities and monitor delivery milestones.

• Prepare governance reporting, status reports, and project documentation.

• Maintain project registers, including risks, issues, and actions.

• Support project planning and continuous improvement activities.

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.

• Work closely with project managers and program stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for organised and proactive professionals with experience supporting Defence or large-scale Government programs.

Security Clearance
NV1, NV2, or TSPV security clearance is highly regarded.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, PMO, or similar role.

• Experience supporting Defence, Federal Government, or complex infrastructure programs.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project reporting tools.

• Experience with project governance, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively within client environments.
