Commercial Refrigeration Supervisor

Australian Refrigeration Services are a leading, well-established Industrial Refrigeration company that services refrigeration systems in Industrial cold storage, food & beverage manufacturing facilities in NSW.

We are looking to expand our team with a new refrigeration division dedicated to the commercial sector only based in the metropolitan of Sydney. Whether you're an experienced Supervisor looking for a new opportunity or a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technician ready to move into your first leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, support field technicians, liaise with customers, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate commercial refrigeration technicians and subcontractors.

• Assist developing a strong commercial team to deliver exceptional service to our customers / new potential customers.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare scope of works, assessing labour, materials and equipment across commercial projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Quoting, job planning, and resource management

• Complete jobs and service reports

• Complete and maintain documentation, SWMS and compliance records

Applicants must have:

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

• Australian Driver’s License

• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Current NSW Fair Trading Contractor or Supervisor Licence

• White Card

• Available to work overtime and on call roster

• Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident

• Experience in commercial or light industrial refrigeration systems

• Excellent diagnostic skills

• Can work well individually & in a team environment

• Can understand and work to all WHS & safety requirements

• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, including supermarkets, cold rooms, and industrial refrigeration equipment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to pass medical examination
