About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Turning inbound customer calls into booked service jobs (you’ll own it from hello to done!)

• Delivering a smooth, 5-star customer experience every single time

• Making proactive outbound calls to selected customers to create extra service opportunities

• Keeping customer details up to date so our teams are set up for success

• Taking part in regular training to level up your communication and problem-solving skills

• Solving customer issues with confidence, positivity, and a “let’s get this sorted” attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail, hospitality or a contact centre (banking, insurance, superannuation or telco experience highly regarded)

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

• Comfort having sales-style conversations and guiding customers to the right outcome

• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
