About the Team

As part of the People & Performance team, you’ll be working to enhance the employee experience and collaborating with various industry bodies to stay updated on best practices and provide valuable data for research purposes.
About the Opportunity
Join ARTC in a specialist role where you'll play an
important part in supporting our people following workplace injury and helping
them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You'll manage workers compensation claims, rehabilitation
and return-to-work activities across ARTC, working closely with employees,
leaders, Comcare, and other internal & external stakeholders. This role is ideal for an experienced workers compensation
or injury management professional who enjoys managing claims end-to-end,
building trusted relationships and achieving positive outcomes for both
employees and the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
