Australian Garlic Producers (AGP) has been growing and supplying quality Australian garlic since 1998. We’re a proud Australian owned business based in Mildura, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable person to help lead one of our production lines.

No garlic experience? No problem. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, warehousing, farming, or anywhere you’ve had to show up, work hard, and keep an eye on a team - we’d love to hear from you. Full training is provided, so you don’t need to know the job already. You just need the right attitude.

What the job involves

• Keeping your production line running smoothly
• Guiding and supporting your team members through the day
• Making sure the work is done safely and to a good standard
• Filling in some basic paperwork accurately (we’ll show you how)

What we really need from you

• You’re reliable and you turn up on time
• You can read and write clearly in English
• You’re happy to be on your feet and get hands-on, this is not an office job
• You can keep an eye on a team and help keep everyone on track
• You have your own transport

A forklift licence is a bonus but not essential.

The hours – good to know upfront

• This is full-time, permanent work
• Early morning starts
• Can include some weekend work
• Reasonable overtime
