THE OPPORTUNITY

Based at our Kewdale operations, a critical opportunity has arisen for a motivated and hands-on Project Administrator to assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in the commercial and administrative management of major contracts and tenders. This will be a challenging, diverse, and rewarding role for a highly skilled and organised administrator.

Full-time or Part-time hours Monday - Friday 9.30- 2.30, will be considered.

What You'll Do

Day to day, key responsibilities will include:Preparation and issue of external correspondence relating to contracts and variationsPlanning and scheduling of projects through ERP management systemImproving contract communications including distribution, follow up actions, and process improvementContract invoicing, forecasting and milestone billingContract change control and interpretationCoordination of subcontractor inductions, access, and schedules

What We're Looking For

Your natural ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities will be complemented by your essential experience in the following:

Advanced capability in the Microsoft Office applicationsERP and MRP systems experience for purchasing, expediting, production, cost control and reportingAbility to interpret contract documentation
