Maven Dental Busselton is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm. With four dentists, a variety of procedures and a supportive team, no two days are quite the same and when you're finished, Geographe Bay is just minutes away.

Job Description

You'll be the steady hand chairside across a mix of general and more complex procedures, working alongside different clinicians and adapting to how each of them likes to run a room.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining excellent infection control standards
• Supporting dentists during patient care and procedures
• Sterilisation and instrument management
• Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their dental journey
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient clinical environment
• Working collaboratively with the wider practice team

Qualifications

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have previous experience working as a Dental Assistant
• Be confident providing chairside support in a busy dental environment
• Have strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
• Be reliable, organised and enjoy working as part of a team
• Have a warm and friendly approach with patients
• Take pride in delivering high-quality patient care
