About the Role 

We are seeking an organised and two customer-focused Cartage Coordinators to join our growing operations team. These roles are responsible for coordinating local transport activities, ensuring efficient delivery scheduling, managing carrier relationships, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate daily cartage operations, including freight pickups and deliveries. 

• Schedule and allocate transport resources to meet customer requirements. 

• Liaise with drivers, transport providers, customers, and warehouse teams. 

• Monitor freight movements and proactively manage service issues. 

• Ensure transport documentation and system records are accurate and up to date. 

• Investigate and resolve operational issues, delivery delays, and customer queries. 

• Support compliance with health, safety, and transport regulations. 

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service performance. 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• A minimum of 1 years' experience for our junior level vacancy in a cartage, transport, or a similar freight coordination role. For the second vacancy a minimum of 5 years' experience. 

• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience using transport management systems and Microsoft Office applications. 

• A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering service excellence.
