Digital Project Manager

At Vervio, we’re looking for a Digital Project Manager who builds strong client relationships, brings structure to complexity, and knows how to navigate the moving parts of enterprise delivery. If you’ve worked in agency environments, thrive in cross-functional teams, and want to lead meaningful projects (not just cookie-cutter projects), we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take the lead on end-to-end delivery across multiple digital projects, scoping, planning, stakeholder engagement, team coordination, leading ceremonies, managing risk and responsible for successful delivery of the project. These projects vary in size and complexity, often for enterprise clients undergoing platform transformation or experience-led change. You’ll be calm in the chaos, bringing alignment and accountability at every stage.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of digital project management and change delivery experience (B2B or agency setting preferred)
• A proven track record delivering complex digital projects, including digital platforms, headless architectures, site migrations and multi-stream delivery
• Confidence managing multiple projects in parallel and juggling competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills with a focus on trust and transparency
• Change management experience able to plan and implement strategies that drive adoption and minimise disruption
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you make the complex feel manageable
• Ability to lead key project ceremonies and governance meetings, from daily stand-ups and working groups through to senior stakeholder forums
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and financial objectives
• Communicate clearly and align project goals with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with pre-sales, working in conjunction with our internal team to ascertain resources and budgets for future projects

Bonus if you have

• Minimum of 5 years of digital project management and Change Management experience in B2B IT
• Experience shaping proposals or working on pre-sales with internal teams
• A good grasp of Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS, DXP and front-end technologies
• An interest in improving delivery frameworks and internal processes
