Experienced Restaurant Supervisor (Full Service Experience)

400 Gradi Eastland is looking for a confident and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house team.

For the right person, this role also has potential to develop into an Assistant Venue Manager pathway as you grow your leadership, service standards and venue operations experience.

Located in the heart of Eastland’s dining precinct, our venue offers easy access to public transport and parking while being part of a busy, established hospitality destination.

Required

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, Duty Manager, Senior Waitstaff or strong FOH all-rounder ready to step up
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Current RSA
• Food Handling Certificate, or willingness to complete prior to commencement
• Strong availability across Thursday to Sunday
• Full working rights in Australia
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills

Pay: Restaurant Industry Award Level 4 – $29.45 per hour, plus applicable penalties and entitlements.

What you’ll do:

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Venue Manager and leadership team in running smooth and professional shifts.

You will help lead the front-of-house team during service, support guest experience, maintain service standards, assist with training and help ensure each shift runs smoothly.

What you’ll bring:

• A calm, hands-on approach during busy service periods
• Confidence leading a team on shift
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus
• Ability to support and guide junior staff
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling or reconciliation preferred
• Good problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality and great service
