GROUTIX is a growing Melbourne-based specialist in shower regrouting, epoxy grouting, silicone replacement and leaking shower repairs.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and skilled Shower Regrouting Technician / Tiler to join our team full-time.

This is a hands-on role working primarily in residential bathrooms and showers across Melbourne. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, detailed work and can represent our business professionally in customers' homes.

The role will include:

• Removing existing grout and silicone from showers

• Regrouting shower walls and floors

• Epoxy grouting

• Polymer/cement-based grouting

• Removing and applying sanitary silicone

• Preparing and cleaning surfaces before installation

• Minor tile repairs where required

• Completing final cleaning and presentation of completed work

• Taking before-and-after photos

• Communicating professionally with customers

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What we're looking for:

Experience in tiling, regrouting, caulking, waterproofing, bathroom repairs or a similar trade is highly regarded.

Applicants must have:

• Their own reliable vehicle suitable for travelling to jobs across Melbourne

• A valid Australian driver's licence

• Their own tools and equipment required for general tiling, grouting and caulking work

• Experience using power and hand tools

• Good attention to detail

• Good silicone/caulking skills

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently once trained

• Professional presentation and good customer service skills

• Ability and willingness to travel to jobs throughout Melbourne

Previous epoxy grouting experience is highly regarded but not essential. Training in GROUTIX's specialised systems, products and processes will be provided to the right candidate.
