About the role

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to build your career in marketing automation and customer lifecycle communications? As a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will support the creation, execution and optimisation of customer journeys across email, app/web push notifications and SMS communications. Working closely with marketing, product and MarTech teams, you will help deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time while gaining hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, campaign reporting and customer journey optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your digital marketing expertise within a collaborative global environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking and post-campaign analysis
Assist in building and maintaining automated customer journeys and marketing campaigns
Coordinate campaign timelines and support project delivery across multiple stakeholders
Support audience segmentation, campaign testing, deployment and quality assurance activities
Assist with maintaining marketing automation databases, templates and communication assets
Ensure all communications are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and compliance requirements
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer journey enhancements and cross-channel marketing initiatives
Support the execution and optimisation of customer lifecycle communications across email, app/web push notifications and SMS channels
Work with marketing, product and MarTech teams to gather campaign requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Travel, airline or FCTG industry experience is advantageous
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or projects is desirable
Strong organisational, time management and stakeholder coordination skills
Exposure to email marketing, CRM or marketing automation platforms is desirable
Marketing degree (completed or currently studying) or experience in a similar marketing role
Understanding of customer journey, lifecycle marketing or digital marketing principles is advantageous
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms is desirable but not essential
