We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to take on one of the fastest-growing regions in Queensland: Brisbane North through to the Sunshine Coast.

What You’ll Get – Great Commission Structure

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generate and follow up leads in Brisbane North & Sunshine Coast
• Match clients with land and home designs
• Prepare and price house & land packages
• Present floorplans, inclusions, and upgrades
• Guide clients through to contract signing
• Build strong relationships with developers, agents, and clients
• Represent the brand at markets, land estates, Display Homes and offices.

About You:

• Sales experience essential (housing highly regarded)
• Confident, outgoing, and driven to succeed
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
• Organised, reliable, and eager to grow with the brand
• Passionate about property and helping families build their dream homes
• Wanting to genuinely help people
