We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to help lead a fast-paced hospitality venue in New Farm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy bar environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager and Operations Manager to oversee daily bar operations, maintain high service standards, and support the development of the bar team. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bar operations and venue service

• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained

• Support rostering and shift management

• Help drive sales and venue performance

• Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory role

• Strong cocktail, beer, wine, and beverage knowledge

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Current RSA certificate

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• A positive attitude with a hands-on approach
