Sales Assistant

Perth's leading ceramic tile retailers, Trend Ceramics, has a showroom sales opportunity available.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated sales person who loves everything interiors to join our creative, friendly team. 

With a long history in the ceramics industry since the early 1970's, Trend Ceramics specializes in quality products sourced from the best manufacturers in Europe and abroad and showcases them in our beautiful showroom in Osborne Park.

You will become part of our dynamic, experienced and friendly sales team promoting our products to our strong existing client base and also endeavour to establish new contacts and customers. 

Roster: Part time, including Saturdays 

The Role:

• Retail sales 

• Providing expert professional customer service and advice

• Developing strong product knowledge to assist clients in making the best decisions for their home

• Contributing to the overall presentation of the showroom through merchandising and general housekeeping

• Processing sales orders

• Establishing new customers

• General administration duties

About you:

• Previous experience in high-end retail sales

• Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your clients 

• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job

• Previous experience in the design industry is desirable, but not essential

• Computer literacy

• experience in tiles is not necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate
