As a Recruitment Officer, you'll be at the heart of it all, giving crucial support and expert advice to our Hiring Managers. You'll play a key role in making sure we successfully fill our openings and bring in top talent. This is your chance to be part of a team that makes a difference every day!

About the role:
Working collaboratively within the Recruitment Team, and in conjunction with the HR Partnership Team, you will play an integral role in providing:

Customer Service to our Hiring Managers and Candidate Care to our future workforce
General advice about recruitment, vacancy management, attraction and retention in accordance with SALHN and associated SA Public Sector policies and procedure
Efficient use of the vacancy management system including regular reporting, tracking and achieving KPI’s

You may have started your career in Recruitment and looking to expand your capabilities, or know this is a career path of interest
